The Role
• Chef de Partie in a 5-star, award-winning kitchen
• Modern British cuisine, focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
• 4 days on, 3 days off (excellent work-life balance)
• Salary: £35,000 per annum plus tips
• Maintain high standards of food prep and presentation
