Delete your account

You can delete your Relief Chefs UK account at any time, in the app or by asking us.

In the app (quickest)

• Chefs: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
• Venues: More, then Delete account at the bottom.

Type DELETE to confirm. Your account stops working straight away. If a booked shift or a payment is still in progress, the app tells you what needs to finish first.

Without the app

Email info@reliefchefs.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted at once: your name, email address and phone number; your profile, photos, location and availability. Your login is removed within a few minutes. Your messages are hidden from the people you messaged.
• Kept for a set time because the law requires it, then deleted: bookings, invoices and payments (6 years), signed agreements (6 years), messages (2 years, for disputes; only Relief Chefs staff can see them), right-to-work and food-safety documents (1 year).
